Terms of service
These terms govern your use of trakappli. The privacy policy is part of them.
The service
trakappli tracks the job applications you send: it saves postings from job boards, keeps your profiles and documents, scores a posting against a profile, reminds you of what is due, and compares your search with aggregate figures from searches like yours.
Beta
trakappli is in public beta. It is offered as it is, with no guarantee: features can change or stop, the service can be unavailable, and data can be lost. Export what you cannot afford to lose. Send feedback and problems to maatar93@gmail.com.
Your account and sign-in
You need an account to use the application. You sign in with the methods offered on the sign-in page and you keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
Credits and tiers
Operations that call an AI model cost credits, metered per type of operation. A free tier comes with a monthly allowance; paid tiers and credit packs add more. Credits are recorded in a ledger you can read in the application.
Prices
Prices are set per country and shown before you pay, in the currency of the checkout. A price may differ between countries and may change; a change never affects a purchase already made.
Payment and refunds
Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record: Paddle is the seller of the purchase, charges you, issues the invoice and collects the applicable taxes. A refund is requested through Paddle, following Paddle's buyer terms. When a purchase is refunded, the credits it bought are withdrawn from your balance, never below zero.
Your data and the export
Your data stays yours. You can export it from the settings at any time. How it is kept, shared and erased is described in the privacy policy.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the settings; deletion follows the retention rules. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms, and we tell you why.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes, and a significant change is announced in the application before it applies.
