Tracking applications without losing the thread

A job hunt goes wrong in the same place every time: the list stops being current. A posting is saved in one tab, applied to in another, and a week later nobody can say which of the two happened.

One status, one place

Every application carries a single status, and it only moves along the transitions the domain allows. There is no second list to reconcile, and no spreadsheet column that disagrees with the app.

Capture is the extension's job

The browser extension reads the posting where you found it — LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Welcome to the Jungle, HelloWork — and hands the fields over. You correct what it got wrong; you do not retype what it got right.
